If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or submitting requests through our online portals.

2. Scope of Services

ParasPower is an engineering and renewable energy EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) provider specializing in:

• On-grid, off-grid, and hybrid residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar PV installations.
• Solar water heating systems and specialized green energy equipment.
• Engineering site assessments, shade analysis, and feasibility studies across Kerala.
• Assisting clients with KSEB (Kerala State Electricity Board) net metering, KSERC compliance, and PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana subsidy processing.

3. Energy Planning Tool & Estimates Disclaimer

Key calculation considerations include:

• Kerala Solar Irradiance: Yield estimates assume standard Kerala solar insolation (approx. 4.0 to 4.5 peak sun hours/day, seasonal monsoon variance accounted for).
• Tariff Slabs: Savings projections leverage current KSEB domestic tariff slabs (LT-1A telescopic schedule) and are subject to regulatory revisions by the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC).
• Central & State Subsidies: Subsidy numbers under PM Surya Ghar are governed by Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) guidelines and require eligible grid-tied feasibility.

4. Site Assessments & Quotations

When you request a quotation or book a site assessment through our website:

• You represent that you have legal authorization over the property where the solar installation is proposed.
• All technical data provided (including KSEB consumer numbers, monthly bills, sanctioned load) must be accurate to ensure proper engineering feasibility.
• Quotations are valid for the time period stated in the formal proposal document.

5. KSEB Net Metering & Regulatory Approvals

While ParasPower manages the liaison and application process for net metering and grid synchronization with KSEB on behalf of the customer, the final approval, bi-directional meter installation, and grid connectivity remain subject to KSEB technical feasibility and regulatory approvals.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, software algorithms, logos, calculations, and text published on this website are the intellectual property of ParasPower or its licensors. Reproduction, duplication, or redistribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, ParasPower shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this website, temporary site unavailability, or reliance on preliminary online estimates prior to physical engineering verification.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
